Hosting and technical data

Technical connection data, including IP address, requested page, date, time, browser and operating system, is processed to deliver and protect this website. Hosting is provided through GoDaddy in Europe; Cloudflare is used for the domain. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are retained only as required for these purposes and legal obligations.

Contact

The enquiry form creates an email draft on your device. Softsystem receives the information only when you send the message from your email application. We process enquiries to respond to your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Information is deleted when the matter is concluded, unless retention is legally required.

Your privacy choices

Google Maps and Google Analytics are not loaded without your consent. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under softsystem-consent-v1 so it applies across pages. You can change or withdraw it at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. The choice expires after 180 days. This necessary storage manages your choice under section 25(2) TDDDG.

Google Maps

The map loads only when you select “Load Google Maps” or consent to maps. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, then receives technical data, including your IP address and browser information. Processing in the USA is possible. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. External directions links open Google Maps only when you choose to follow them.

Google Analytics 4

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3QCLEW7FRQ) to analyse page visits and website use. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Identifiers, device, browser and usage data may be processed, including in the USA. Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_…. Cookie lifetime is limited to 180 days from the last update. URL query parameters and fragments are not sent to Analytics. Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled. Processing relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. The Google tag is not loaded before consent. Withdrawal applies for the future and removes accessible Analytics cookies.

Languages and fonts

German, English and Turkish are provided as separate language versions. No external translation service is loaded for the language switch. Fonts are served from our hosting.
